OKay.... Jeff... How about refunds, I don't think I am asking for too much man? I understand who needs their parts can say ASAP but in my case.....

I work for BMW and HONDA... I can get those parts at wholesale prices. I wanted to give you and S2ki my business. Clearly that didn't work out. Can I please have my money back?

Call me a dick but what the hell? Unless you didn't read my email cuz your too busy then I understand and im sorry to sound rude but refund shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks Dude.

BTW, there is no way he is going to figure out what order is yours. Without the order number or your personal information posted to this thread. So you might want to consider that.

Shame, I was ready to start ordering various things. Good luck solving the problems. Can't honestly understand why you need a day job with a (previously) busy and respected business like hardtopguy.com, but hey, what do I know.

Best of luck with everything.

Even though I am one of the "disgruntled" customers, I still understand the situation to a point.

To the above poster, I'm pretty sure being a Honda parts manager IS HIS day job... He just sells parts to us under the name "Hardtopguy"...

Jeff is an assert to our community, as he provides insight and S2000 specific knowledge and parts to us at reasonable prices.

My ONLY beef is that I really need the parts I ordered almost a month ago... As I need to do some work on my car.

Jeff,
I appreciate the response in this thread, however it would have been nice to receive something like this in one of the three emails I've sent over the past couple of weeks.

THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I ASSUMED, DOESN'T THE BUSINESS HE DOES AS 'HARDTOPGUY' NEGATE THE NEED FOR A DAY JOB AT ALL, IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY...MAYBE NOT, I DUNNO.

NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT, AND I HARBOUR HIM NO ILL WILL, JUST GONNA DELAY ORDERING ANYTHING UNTIL I HEAR EVERYTHING IS OK AGAIN, AND I WISH HIM HONESTLY THE BEST OF LUCK, AS I AM ABOUT TO PAY $400 FOR A TCT.
CAPS JUST TO SHOW MY WORDS IN THE QUOTE ABOVE.

I don't think online part sales for S2000's is profitable enough to do exclusively... Hence the need for the day job-- which is also kinda the side job.
