Stratocaster, thanks for the tip but emails dont work either for HTG.

All the "HTG is great " posts are all well and good but it does nothing but aggravate people who have paid money, are waiting for orders and getting no responses from HTG when they try to find out whats happening.
The reality is that I've now been waiting for my order for 2 months.

I know he reads some e-mail. I got him to post in this thread with an e-mail. So they are getting to him in most cases.

Sure he could be busy with something and shipment can get delayed, but not responding to customer's emails/phone is NOT a good business practice....

I ordered HT strikers on Sunday Jun.14. Processed and shipped out on Monday Jun 15. Got tracking number and should be here today, Friday. Jun 19. Maybe mines was easy to ship out ? Just wanted to let people know about my transaction with HTG.
Its now 2 months and 2 days since I paid for my order with HTG. I'm now at the point where I've hit the maximum days before I could open a paypal dispute, and now at the last day I can escalate to a claim.
Emails and PM's to HTG are disappearing into the ether.
Despite all the "HTG is a god" posts, I see no option but to try and retrieve some funds through the paypal system. That is of course unless one of the pro-HTG guys would like to volunteer to underwrite my order.

Well, I emailed him once again - he said my order would get out last week and I didnt hear back. He was supposed to refund my credit card and I need to pay statement today. I guess I won't pay it in full coz I will wait for his refund...This is getting a little old.

I won a gift certificate with them through S2000 challenge. I have been trying to get a hold of him for months with zero success. Another member is having the same issues. How did you guys get in touch with him?
