FS: well looked after 2000 61k silverstone s2000
Hi guys.. finally the boxster is on the way so the s2k is up for sale..
Great early s2000 with the fun handling, but with all the dodgy bits sorted out.. should give you cost-free motoring for a while.. doesn't even burn oil if you use Castol!
£6700 (Private plate not included)
- 3 previous owners, previous to me was one of our moderators..MB..
- registered 29th November 2000
- Silverstone
- 61k miles MOT's and receipts etc to verify going back for most of its life.
- I've had it for 3 years and only done 11k miles.
- Full service history.. All Honda except last year when i did a full fluids change (engine, gearbox, diff, brakes, clutch) and had it done locally and provided all the fluids (from Opie Oils). It now needs a 12 month service (despite having only done 3k since the last one) now which will be done by Honda next week ready for a new owner.
- only done one fairly stress-free airfield day in my ownership
work done.. everything to mean worry-free motoring
- New TCT, New MAP
- Correct 17" OEM Bridgestones all round less than 5k ago
- All fluids done 3k miles ago with Motul stuff from opie oils
- New Discs and Pads up front last weekend (from Brakes international)
- Rear brake lines completely replaced in 2009
- Rear calipers replaced with younger ones from a civic
- rust on rear arches professionally removed and resprayed and waxoyl'd last year
- New Monsoon Mohair hood last year with glass window (has heater element but not wired in)
- Front bumper resprayed when i bought the car to remove stone chips (now replaced by new stone chips)and marks from MB's OEM front spoiler
Exterior Mods..
- MY04 17" wheels powder coated anthracite - look fantastic (excpet for one scrape that MB did! - see picture)
- Eibach springs (with drive shaft and steering rack spacers) although will return to stock if you want
- Rays wheel nuts in black to complete the look!
Interior mods..
- Leather centre console
- Silver radio door
- Muz gear lever - nice and low - fantastic
- Muz wind deflector - bigger than standard - plus plastic inserts in headrests
- Muz mats with silver edging
- Alpine IPod stereo, alpine component speakers and rear kenwood speakers behind the seats.
- Heated seats to keep your bum warm..
- Dynamat lined boot under carpet to keep noise down a bit?
- Aluminium dead pedal from newer car
Beautiful car looks fantastic with an ageless plate (although you can't have mine!)!
£6700 for an easy sale as the hairdresser's car is on it's way

Plus I forgot to mention.. Geometry all greased and moving. Last geo completed two weeks ago. Front lower wishbones are polybushed as they had seized.
