touch up paint diy (my way)
it will probably be nicer if you spray that on instead. if you know your color code, you can get the spray cans for pretty cheap from www.touchuppaintonline.com. just make sure you tape off the surrounding area.
eh i wet sanded it to make it smooth and put a top coat of spa yellow, now it matches. as for the gap in the bumper, its the bumper clips. i took plastic and melted it with a metal mesh and then waited for it to harden on the bumper where the clips are. then drilled new bumper clips and the alignment is spot on. it looks pretty good. i would post up the diy for wet sanding and how to fix broken bumper clips.... but people dont seems to care for it. so ill just keep to my self.
Its always going to look better spraying it. I would also recomend using a can to anyone that does not have a gun. Yellow isn't so bad but when you have metallic paint, a brush just wont cut it. Next time you do a touch up, try a can. There should be some good writeups online. A good quality paint can match almost perfect if done right.
