CEL after Modifry ECT Install

I installed the Modifry Engine Coolant Temp mod last weekend on my MY01 with the default settings. When I was done, I believe I turned on the ignition switch (but did not start the engine) before plugging the ECM Connector C back in (the blue one). I ended up with a steady Check Engine Light. I drove around for 5-10 minutes (no vtec) to warm up the engine and eventually saw 4 bars on the temp gauge just as I got home (4 bars is 190 degrees with this mod). The car appears to run just fine. Note that I also have a Comptech S/C kit installed.
My code reader arrived yesterday and came up with the following codes:
1) DTC P0118: ECT Sensor Circuit High Voltage
2) DTC P0113: IAT Sensor Circuit High Voltage
3) DTC P1259: VTEC System Malfunction
4) DTC P1415: Air Pump Electrical Current Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
From what I can tell, #s 1, 2, and 4 appear as if they could occur from having an open connection from the sensor to the ECM. I can't find much info on #3.
I have not driven the car since that single run last week, though I did revert the gauge mod by reconnecting the yellow/green wire on ECM connector A and start the car, but the CEL remained.
For completeness, I also swapped out my racing seat for the stock one at the same time. I connected the seatbelt wire. I doubt that's related, but thought I should include it just in case.
Is it likely that the codes all just came as a result of me turning on the ignition with ECM Connector C disconnected? If so, should I just clear the codes and move on with my life instead of troubleshooting any further?
