Default Turbine housing bolts backing out...

So I have a GT3076r, with a TiAL SS turbine housing.

Anyways, the 6 bolts that hold it to the mid section of the turbo keep backing out due to heat cycle and vibration. Its become very annoying to keep having to tighten them down.

The size of bolt is M6x1.00x10mm and its a grade 10.9 faster im using. Lock washers didnt work because they just flatten out from the heat. I called TiAL and they told me I need to use their inconel bolts which are 15 bucks a bolt! 90 dollars for fasteners. Anyways ive never heard of anyone else using that kind of exotic fastener for their turbo and was wondering what im doing wrong here or if im missing something?

Any suggestions besides speed wire?

It's not a stud, it's a bolt.

I thought you were talking about downpipe section of turbo,(which is where ive had issues and used studs instead of bolts) ive never had any issue like yours though.

I used the hightemp 272. I kept an eye on them for a couple thousand miles and they didn't move. Might not be a permanent fix, but definitely gives more security.
