Thanks for all your thoughts on this, when it appeared to be a more random fault my heart sank. As a typical newb I didn't scroll down to see there was a UK section, now I know I'll give it a go on there. As you say lovegroova someone may recognise this on a UK spec car or know a man that might. If and when (think positive) I get a solution to this I'll post it on here to wrap the subject up.
