Where do you have those rubber cooling running lines going to?
[/quote
They go from the turbo to the stock oem oil cooler coolant inlet and outlet locations. With the Ptuning kit you have to delete the oem oil cooler/oil Warner. They tell you to loop the inlet and outlet water lines that normally feeds the oem oil cooler. But instead of doing that I use those lines/locations for the water supply for the turbo.

Hmmm. I have the original SS AN cooling lines that came with my PTUNING kit and even after a year of tracking the car hard and driving it on the street, they are still fine. I do have some heat protection sleeving over them.

Awesome mod, thanks for sharing.......where did you pick up the Evo 8 cooling lines from?
I have changed my cooling lines to AN stainless steel braided (my rubber lines leaked twice), I hope that my SS lines doesn't fail. I may do this Evo 8 cooling line mod prior to the installation of the new turbo. Did you just heat up the Evo 8 lines with a torch and bend them?
The rubber vacuum lines going to the external wastegate turned into plastic and broke off recently after just shifting them (looking for a vacuum/boost leak). Swapped those out to teflon stainless steel braided lines.
I had dropped the turbo about 5-6 times since I had this kit. I can now do the swap with my eyes closed lol.
Overall, I am still happy with the kit I went into FI knowing that there will always be some tinkering going on!

i also run stainless -4am vacuum line for the wastegate

Just got back from the dyno again. New setup is a ptuning turbo kit with the gtx3076r. Old setup was a trackforged manifold with a garrett gtx 3576r. New setup made 425whp 293tq on 91 octane at 13psi and 588whp 419tq on e85 at 20psi. I lost about 25whp on pump gas and 35whp on e85 from the trackforged gtx3576r setup but i gained about 300 rpm of spool and a lot petter boost response.
Full engine mods are
stock block f20c with 127,000 miles turboed since 80,000 miles
head has suptech duel springs, titainum retainers, .5mm over sized exhast valves with stock intake valves with valve job from portflow
science of speed carbon twin disc clutch system
Injector dynamic 1300cc incectors with pnp clips injectors were at 93% duty cycle on the 588whp e85 map.
walbro 450 e85 pump with sos wiring kit
AEM series 2 with flex fuel sensor and flex fuel tune
puddy mod stage 3 diff with 3.9 final drive
Ptuning turbo kit with garrett gtx3076r .82 ar tial exhaust housing
Ptuning oil cooler kit
ptunning soft yellow motor mount insert
tial q bov and turbo smart 45mm wastegate
custom made intercooler piping and custom made garrett core 24x3.5x12 intercooler
open dupe tube with full custom 3" exhaust with 2 vibrant resonators and a hks carbon TI muffler
pic of my old trackforged gtx3576r setup
pic of my old dyno chart

I have the pfab elt gtx3076 at 11.5psi now. with a fbm 340lph pump and id1000. what horse power and psi do you think I should tune on e85?

The idles is great now that im running the id13000cc injectors. Idle is almost perfect on 91 octane and its 100% perfect like stock on e85. I have had all the injectors from the id1000/ id1300/ I'd 1700/ id2000 and the 1300 are the largest injector you can go with out sacrificing idle quality and over all drivability especially on straight 91/93 octane pump gas. The id 1700/fic 1650 do sacrifice some idle quality and the 2000cc injectors are really just a e85 only injector as they run/idle like crap on straight pump e10 fuel.

So at 20psi on e85 when does the turbo start to spool up at 5200rpm? im thinking about going e85 as soon as it opens in bakersfield. looking for 550whp with 20psi e85 im at 11.5psi on 91octane now. I have id1000s and see alot of people on e85 running over 600whp. so hopefully i wont max out my id1000s
GTX 3076R Ptuning E85 18psi dyno below
