Where do you have those rubber cooling running lines going to?
[/quote

They go from the turbo to the stock oem oil cooler coolant inlet and outlet locations. With the Ptuning kit you have to delete the oem oil cooler/oil Warner. They tell you to loop the inlet and outlet water lines that normally feeds the oem oil cooler. But instead of doing that I use those lines/locations for the water supply for the turbo.

Hmmm. I have the original SS AN cooling lines that came with my PTUNING kit and even after a year of tracking the car hard and driving it on the street, they are still fine. I do have some heat protection sleeving over them.

Awesome mod, thanks for sharing.......where did you pick up the Evo 8 cooling lines from?

I have changed my cooling lines to AN stainless steel braided (my rubber lines leaked twice), I hope that my SS lines doesn't fail. I may do this Evo 8 cooling line mod prior to the installation of the new turbo. Did you just heat up the Evo 8 lines with a torch and bend them?

The rubber vacuum lines going to the external wastegate turned into plastic and broke off recently after just shifting them (looking for a vacuum/boost leak). Swapped those out to teflon stainless steel braided lines.

I had dropped the turbo about 5-6 times since I had this kit. I can now do the swap with my eyes closed lol.

Overall, I am still happy with the kit I went into FI knowing that there will always be some tinkering going on!

i also run stainless -4am vacuum line for the wastegate

Also, any details on what they're changing with the kit?
I have the details.
@King Tut the suspense is killing me! Give us the details.

How is this car running any issues with 20psi on e85 bro?
I have the pfab elt gtx3076 at 11.5psi now. with a fbm 340lph pump and id1000. what horse power and psi do you think I should tune on e85?

The id 1700/fic 1650 do sacrifice some idle quality and the 2000cc injectors are really just a e85 only injector as they run/idle like crap on straight pump e10 fuel.
So at 20psi on e85 when does the turbo start to spool up at 5200rpm? im thinking about going e85 as soon as it opens in bakersfield. looking for 550whp with 20psi e85 im at 11.5psi on 91octane now. I have id1000s and see alot of people on e85 running over 600whp. so hopefully i wont max out my id1000s

You will get 550whp at 18-20psi but you are going to have to increase your fuel pressure on the ID 1000's and even then, I would get at least a minimum of ID 1300's.
