CarCapsule Review
Like many in the midwest I have put my 01 S2K in storage for the winter. My storage facility is a large 2 story barn on my property. The good news is that I have a lot of room for toys, the bad news is that the barn is not heated.
During season changes with wide fluctuations in temperature, condensation is a serious problem for me. I have a factory cover for my S, but when the temperature rises and the dew point is at the current temp, the inside of the barn is literally like a cloud. Last month it was so bad that water was dripping off my S onto the floor and I could wring water out of the cover. I took off the car cover and opened the hood. The engine looked like someone had sprayed it with a hose. I decided to start the engine to dry it off and as it warmed up steam began to rise from the engine compartment.
I decided that enough was enough and pulled the trigger on this little jewel:

Here are some pictures of my car in the CarCapsule:
In this picture the condensation you see is on the outside of the bubble:
All in all the CarCapsule seems to work pretty well. We have had some of the worst weather I can remember as far as humidity and condensation are concerned but my car has pretty much stayed dry. There is some light surface rust on the brake disks after an especially wet week last week, but other than that it seems that my baby is well protected.

Nice photos and review.
Goodness, what I would do with that kind of workshop space

Love it! I keep a dehumidifier in the garage, but fortunately that's connected to the house and it doesn't struggle to keep the humidity down. This is a very cool alternative and I love the dedication to keeping your S2 from humidity and rust.

This is pretty cool. I had seen these in the past but never thought much about the condensation until this winter with the drastic weather changes we are having. I might have to look into this. I see that there is a filter that's included. I wonder how often that needs to be replaced and how much it costs
