Greddy/grex thermostatic oil sandwichplate question
Hi,
Anyone here running a Grex thermostatic oil sandwichplate?
I just bought one, the thermostat came loose... I don't know in what order it should be mounted, as there are about 5 or 6 different ways that this thing fits
I know the blocking must be on top, as you can see in the last picture.... But the thermostat itself and the spring can fit in many different ways. So better make sure!
Thanks!

Ok so I found out what to do. If someone ever searches for a simular problem, I'll just leave this here:
The spring goes in first, the closed end of the block towards the spring, thermostat itself goes in the block with the tip up.
When testing: the block should be up top, closing the passage to the cooler and open to the hole towards the filter. When warm, the thermostat should move down, so it shuts the hole towards the filter and all the oil passes through the cooler. After the cooler, the oil passes through the filter.
This thread can be closed.
Thanks anyway

Bump. Do you use this plate with oil cooler AND with temperature and pressure sensors ?
No issue ?
I am looking for a solution to connect cooler and sensors, without having temp sensor in the oil pan. This plate seems to be the only one allowing to connect everything!
