Oil change resulting in weird noise.

Timing chain tensioner is aided by oil pressure, and when starting especially after an oil change it can make noise for a second or two until it gets oil pressure up there. Your TCT may be starting to fail. Did you use Mobile1 oil? This oil has been shown to give some difficulties with the TCT. I don't know why your engine would be stalling out though.
