Cylinder Head Noise: Unusual Issue

Hello,

My S2000 started making this noise recently, I have attached a video below. It almost sounds like rattling/chattering. The noise is intermittent, it will come and go at random.

Things I have done recently:

Fresh oil change
Brand new TCT from Honda
Valve adjustment

S2Ki Gurus, what do you think this noise is? The motor was freshly rebuilt so I'm hoping it is nothing serious.

That is TCT noise 100%.

A brand new Honda TCT will not cure it.

Thanks Billman250 for the reply, I know you're very well versed with these tensioners. If a new TCT will not correct the problem, what do you recommend? Do I have to modify the TCT?

Wont a brand new honda tct cure it but only temporarily?

I am not sure. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? The TCT has roughly 1000 miles on it so far. If a new TCT will not correct this problem, and if the TCT is making that noise, what should I do?
