Winter turbo build
Soo to start off used to be under username crxswap, but got rid of that email associated with it. And just made a new account. Now on to the topic. I won a Borg Warner s200sx airwerks turbo so pretty much figured I should start my turbo build. This is my first go around with forced induction, but I'm more then mechanically inclined enough to do the install. And will have it professionally tuned. I figured this is the best place to get info/help if and when needed. I'll start my list off of what I'm going to piece together below. Want to make at least around 450whp but would like to be close to 500 eventually.
BW s200sx airwerks 7670 1.22a/r T4 divided.
Plm manifold or pfab log mani (still can't decide)
Tial wastegate
Tial blow off valve
Custom downpipe
Custom intercooler piping
Pfab s2 intercooler
Walbro 255
Injectors (Id1000 or alike)
Obviously all oil lines/plumbing
Already have a act 6puck clutch
I'll be running a AEM em system as I have a 03 s2000
Also switching out to ap2 retainers
So anyone have any opinions on the setup. Especially the manifold.

Between the plm and pfab log. I would just sell those two manifold and buy the pfab eltm manifold. I have both the plm and pfab log. I didn't like the plm because of the t3 twin scroll. I was scare this manifold would choke. I end up using the pfab log with 38mm wastegate with a hx35 7 blade t3 12cm housing. This set up spool super fast. I never had a 30r set up before but compare to my sc61 on my integra and my 35r on my s2000 right now. I love the way the the hx35 and pfab log spools. Only down side was the car choke up top and I had boost creep with the wastegate. I changes over to a pfab eltm and gt35 now. I'm having fuel pump problem right now but I can say this set up has good top end with decent spools.

I don't see a problem with the adapter other than more bolts to deal with that could come loose and down pipe that would need to be modified. I use a divided t3 before on a open log and it choke up top.

Well borg Warners turbos have a t4 bolt flange, but the divided runners are t3. So if I used a t4 divided manifold Id have to bore out the chambers from the original t3 size to t4. That's why I didn't see a problem running a t3 twinscroll.
