Does anyone have this? I saw it as an optional accessory for the CR. It seems that its hooked to the back of the support beam.

And if so, where is the best place to get it?

Save a few bucks and try an outlet store or a discount store. I got one for each seat that is hung over the headrest via a thin black strap.
Probably not quite as nice as the real deal but it is just as functional and really doesn't show anyway. Price- $10 bucks for both.

HandA says the seatback is not for 06-08. Is there a new CR one?

I'm also wondering if this will fit on the '06+ cars because of what HandA's site says. However, if you go on the official Honda site, it shows it as an accessory for the CURRENT vehicle, as well. So what's the deal?
