For sale is my 2006 Honda S2000. This car served mainly as a weekend driver, never my main source of transportation. Originally had plans to keep it for longer but too many cars at the moment. Car is found with a clean title and 49,xxx original miles on the odometer.
Car is finished in a New Formula Red paint over a clean black leather interior. Paint is clean and free of major defects or oxidation, minus some small chips on the passenger side front bumper which have since been touched up by the previous owner. Car was regularly waxed. Leather interior is free of major rips, tears, or smells, and has never been treated with greasy, waxy conventional cleaners. Dash and door cards are matte and beautiful. Floor mats are in excellent condition with minimal wear.
Wheels are in excellent condition with minimal imperfections. 2 of the 4 wheels are perfect. 2 wheels are in 9.5/10 condition with minimal wear. A matching set of Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires are installed in standard sizing. 215/45/17 & 245/40/17. Tires have excellent tread all the way around as can be seen.
Soft top has been professionally upgraded to a Robbins brand cloth soft top. Not to be confused with the slightly inferior canvas top that is also offered by Robbins or the fabric that comes standard as OEM. Cloth top is darker, richer, and less prone to ripping guaranteed to outlast any option on the market. You might be wonder why this soft top was replaced at such low milage. I’m told by the previous owner that a rat snuck into his garage and essentially chewed at the fabric. Animal never gained access to the interior (thankfully). Paperwork for the installation is available.
Car runs and drives as a 49k-mile car should. Nothing squeaks. Nothing pops. Nothing whistles. Nothing vibrates. Nothing leaks. Everything checks out. No outstanding codes or lights on the dash. Recent oil change and brake fluid flush has been performed under my ownership. Other major fluids were reportedly changed by previous owner however, due to the low milage and condition of the car, I’ve not assessed this personally. Engine oil and brake fluid were flushed under my ownership with OEM fluid and Castrol GTX 10W-30 engine oil as well as a correct spec S2000 specific oil filter. Brakes are in excellent condition. Car has passed smog with flying colors and is available for title transfer. Title is in-hand with not outstanding liens.
Car shows 8/10 matching vin stickers with the exception of the front bumper and driver front fender which were replaced under previous ownership. Car has a well-documented history report that matches the information supplied by the previous owner. A Carfax can be supplied upon request. 1 minor accident appears on file under previous ownership. Paint work surrounding the repaired areas were performed flawlessly and are virtually undetectable. Match in uncanny, texture is glasslike, and quality is high. Paperwork for repairs unfortunately are not available but feel free to bring your own mechanic or tech to examine the car at your own cost. Full disclosure is encouraged. Car also features a factory optional alarm that works well. Car is also fitted with a LoJack system for which I have paperwork however I’ve never taken the time to look into. Service records under previous ownership as well as some of my own are also available. Records are well kept in chronological order in a binder that can be examined prior to sale. 2 license plates, 1 master key, 1 spare key, 2 fobs, and 1 valet key will be included with the sale.
