there is a not so good video of me during attiki odos 13:00 o 'clock. i thought that it will be good if i video the speedometer but a car stopped me in front.... if you see the video at the beggining u will see 282km!! and then i press tha brakes...

soon i will record the 290km reached a couple of days ago at night.

thats really weird. you have 4.44 final gear. with the stock 4.1 gears you have 283 km @ ~9.000rpm. 4.44 gears limit you @ 255-265km/h. Did you increase your rev limiter?

O Νίκος όχι μόνο έχει αυξήσει το rev limit αλλά ενώ έχει αλλάξεςι το FGR σε 4,44 δεν έχει πειράξει το γρανάζι του κοντερ/χιλιομετρητή (they call me yellow box) και φοράει 18αρες ζάντες (αλλο βήμα) με άλλα λόγια το κοντερ δείχνει στο περίπου. Κάθε αλλαγή FGR αλλά και ζάντας - ελαστικού απαιτει recalibration αλλίως γράφει έως και 10% περισσότερα δηλ στα 280 περίπου η ταχύτητα είναι 255 περίπου και τα 290 που έχει δει τελική αντιστοιχούν περίπου στα 265 + λαμβανομένου υπάψη και του αεβασμένου κόφτη Rough calculations of course

if you consider my wheel diameter the normal mode is 225/50/16 that is
diameter 631,4mm and the new size 225/40/18 diameter 637,2.

that is 0,9% more km that the stock ones.

to conclude if we add to the 279km +0,9% the real km are 281.5 km!!!!!!

the total km i have seen on the dyno is 297km.

Take an EVO magazine and see at the back section of all time classics, wich cars can go over 290km/h...
There is no way, a normaly aspirated S2000 can go over 280km/h.
Not on a dyno, not what the speedometer shows, only on the road with a GPS and laptop.
Fortunately the S has the aerodynamics, but it lacks power and torque.

Logw allagis diastasewn = 0,9 difference in reading

Ara total approx 9,5% difference in reading

Which means that when your speedo reads 282 km it reads more by 9,5% which equals to approximately 255 km as I said

Anevarmeno rev limit den allazei tous ypologismous tha deis 290 i kai 300 !!! alla ta xiliometra tha einai overstated by 9,5%. Mono me GPS tha ksereis akrivws poso pigaineis alla whats the point?? You are right 0,9% should be subtracted not added my bad! Even so the difference is a mere 5 km/h ie instead of 255km/h the speed is 260km/h when the tacho indicates 282. Even so you told me that max speed the tacho is capable of indicating is 297, so there goes my dream of a 300+ km/h S2k dash reading Never mind U will be seeing a lot more than what we do and this is a plus

PS What are you doing in front of your PC man, you should be in the garage meshing with that diferential!!! Don't let me down
