hee.hee... the shine was my autoX bumper...took alot of rock chips...so it's been sprayed professionally ppg paint..clear coat etc... so u dont have to pay a painter like I did when I got it.plus shipping bumper covers are X! I know as I have a couple of front bumper covers.... lol.. just like the spoon one more..
