Mid-Ohio Track Event
Hey all,
Redline Track Events is coming back to your side of the country again. Some of you guys came to our last track event at BeaveRun with HardTopGuy last year. Well, were coming back for a three day extravaganza at Mid-Ohio Sports car course this April. I really hope to see some you back at the track.
More info on the open track day is here: http://www.redlinetrackevents.com/event_ohio.html
We'll be at the track Friday, Saturday and Sunday on March 31 thru April 2. We'll also be holding our Time Attack race on Sunday if any one wants some friendly competition.
For all the details on the Redline: Time Attack! go here: http://www.redlinetimeattack.com/
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Chris

This event is scheduled the weekend after our "Tech-Day" at Hardtopguy's place. If anyone is interested in running, I can ask Hardtopguy if he can add "track prep" to our "Tech-Day". Please let me know if any of you plan to attend.
If I wasn't having 4.56 gears installed the weekend before, I would have been up for it!

That's a great Idea. Also, I have a tech form here that will help everyone get ready: http://www.redlinetrackevents.com/tech.html
I'm sure that if you print out that tech sheet and take it over to HardTopGuy, he'll help anyone get ready for the track. I guess we shoud ask him first though....

Is there a break in time that you have before you can really push it.

I know he can handle the track prep. We would just need to let him know ahead of time so he can have techs on hand.
Unfortunately...for those of us getting gears...there is a break in period. We will need to heat cycle them several times while driving home. I'm probably being a little anal...but I'd rather wait a month or two before I hit the track. After break-in, I want to change my diff fluid. I don't think a week will be enough time.
Perhaps some of the others won't be as anal???

SuperKool,
A few of the Mid-Atlantic Club members will be going with us on "Tech-Day". Maybe you would want to send a post to that forum letting them know about the event.
