This S2000 Chapter Comes to an End
Happened a lot faster than i thought...but i sold my s2000 after 5 awesome years of ownership this past sunday. It couldn't have gone to a better family. Brian, down in frederick maryland, is a huge car enthusiast. His current stable includes a 72 dino (pictured next to my, now former s2000) and a full restored and race ready 1970 911. He was a former vintage racer. It felt good that i could talk him through every maintenance record rather than just trading it into a dealer. I also was very happy with what i got for the car.
I feel a little silly saying it but it was an emotional moment. There are many things in life more important than cars but i did love driving this car. As a sports car enthusiast since i could talk - this was my first sports car and it exceeded my expectations in every way from performance, enjoyment and low cost of ownership. I will be moving to the p-car world next year. If that dosen't give me the ROI that this car has - i will be back.
