Default Which Automaker is next..

..To recall some of their clunkers. First Toyota, then Honda and now it looks to be Chevy

http://money.cnn.com/2010/02/02/auto...balt/index.htm

When i had the Cobalt as a rental once the brakes were crap. Today I have a Focus and while it has more body roll than the Michelin Man, the car seems to start and stop with no problems

Who's next ?

The difference is, when Toyota finds a problem they (usually) stop the assembly line until it gets sorted...

Yeah there's a Jim Click Dodge sign saying "Toyota trade in's accepted here" Everyone trying to pickup their customers. What main Honda recalls are you refering to?

I know the Fits have a potential overheat recall (the worse kind of recall to have in THIS state). Ours is going in soon to see if ours falls on the recall list!

That is only potential though. That only applies if you hear a gurgle noise from the heater core area. That only applies to 07-08 models and is caused by air trapped in the coolant system. If your car doesn't have this noise or any issure with poor heating or over heating then you should be fine. Like everyother car, it's not a bad idea to check fluid levels now and again.

never heard any recall with honda, anything major that could result in death, like an open accelerator, or no steering...
