The tape? A satin black should do, though it will be hard to get it under the molding/seal. Why'd you take it off?

Was running late for the SCCA autocross...got halfway there before I realized I forgot my helmet. Hopefully I have better luck next time.

I took it off because I thought it was cool. Did this about 2 years ago.

Somehow I got away with a warning for going 46 in a 30 on River road. I forgot how ridiculous that speed limit is, going to avoid River at all cost in the future. I was in my daily Mazda3 and that probably helped my cause. Deputy was cool though and I'm lucky to avoid a ticket.

This is the perfect upsizing to the S2000. Perfect power and balance plus striking good looks. I love the new design.

Was it near the JCC? They post up there a lot. I used to live off Pontatoc and they'd always have a speed cop on River between hacienda del sol and swan. They also used to have a DUI checkpoint at the dodge bridge north of ft lowell before that whole JCC area roads were redone. I basically stopped drinking with my friends downtown because of it.
However I never see people pulled over on River between campbell and la cholla.

Yep. I guess they treat it like an unofficial checkpoint because with a speed limit of 30 they can pull over just about anyone.
