Has anyone even found a location for this event yet?

 

I believe Vivid Racing was the only company to step up. Why don't we just use them? We need tables and chairs for 80+ people, a BBQ set up, and some kind of covering in case of rain or high temps. Schedule the ride to leave at 8:00 am and to get back around noon for the BBQ. Have the raffles at 2:00 and end at 3:00. Dinner at 7:00 for those who want to go, then some clubbing for the young'uns and then, a morning brunch, say 10:00 am, to say goodbye for those who have to leave. We can even have a short drive Friday night. A night drive is a little different or maybe just cruise some downtown park and pickup some hookers.

 

 

^^I agree. For Fri night, I would suggest a Boba meet or something instead of a drive. Other than that, I absolutely agree w/ Roger

 

i think a night drive should involve Mill ave... and maybe the pavillions... APRIL 4-6 FTW!!! are we finally agreed!

 

Lets calendar that and begin working on details. The date needs to be added to the other forums so they can plan. Any ideas on hotel?
