Skibum is friends w/ Vivids owner so lets have him confirm this date is OK w/ Dan @ Vivid then we can take it to the next step of planning.

Also, I dont know that Eric @ Vivid has any decision making power but hoepfully he will chime in and give us any pointers on size of lot, location, previous events at vivid (if any) etc, etc..

how about we (sponsors) hold the event at the PMS parking lot....it's where a lot of organizations do their Autox events....there was even a drift event there. It is obviously big enough for 100+ cars n it's about 1/2mi from the 202. I think it would be a great place to hold the event, but we need to talk to them and see if the first weekend of april is free for usage.

 

the dealership is asking for the leader in charge of this event... they want to talk about making it even bigger or something to that effect... who should i send there way? they need to talk to this person and get a contact.l they love the idea, just want to talk to the person in charge...

what happened to vivid racing?

 

we thought vivid was too small. i proposed the idea but i need an exact layou of what we expect from thm and they will tell me what they expect from us. they do want to move us to suday, and i told them that just wasn't feasible.
