I know John (Sputnik) had some DJ's in mind so we may still need that as backup. Mine has yet to get back to me and I hope he's not booked for that day.

As far as playlist, go for it. I am sure by the time we all agree on exactly what music to remove, the list will be down to zero.

I was thinking Honda Homecoming style 98.3/104.7 stuff (clean versions for the childrens). If it was my party, I'd spin myself and it would be nasty hip hop, trance, house, and D&B but this will prolly be a more diverse crowd.

There's an excellent local DJ on AZHT. I don't know him that well but I heard some of his mixes and they're excellent. If someone has ideas, let me hear it.

Music - as long as us old white folks can get our groove on then its all good. No 24/7 hip hop.......it gets old.

I say we give SKATELAND a call and see who DJ's there. They can always get me to move and grove. LOL

I don't think anyone has posted in socal.

I can pretty much listen to anything but this new :crap: and :hip hop:

step one: be ghetto and grow up selling crack
step two: make music with fruity loops and rap about nothing
step three: get a contract singing? about nothing
step four: sing? about how you have all this money now and are rolling on dubs supermaning hoe's and two stepping while you walk it out or tone wop it.
step five: go back slanging crack on the "hard" streets because you didn't invest your money because you're ignorant, priceless

old rza and wu is the only good "rap" there is

Obviously just a point of view, I don't make the stereotypes, I just witness them.
