Folks need to sign a waiver form before going on the drive so if something happens while we're out they can't sue us. Insurance may not be needed, but I've heard that organizers of events typically get temporary coverage so again if something happens they're not personally liable. I'm sure we need the waivers, I'm not so sure we need organizer insurance. I'm still researching...

This event is less than a month away. There needs to be a sign up page or soemthing statign the fact there is an event. Cause if it wasnt for me lloking in this old post i would have never know there was an event happening. There needs to be something if you are wanting people to show up. Just my .02.

i was thinking of setting up a time attack competition on gran turismo... best lap time gets a prize... i would bring the ps3 with my steering wheel also the tv and sound system, but i need a copy of gran turismo 4 with a decent amount of $$$ to buy the s2000, and maybe get a specialized s (spoon). i think that would be pretty cool. best of 10 laps at a specific track. let me know what you think.
