Default Ground Loop/ Alternator noise

I have practically rewired the crap job BB did aeons ago, the speaker wires are now all on the passenger side and the power line is down the drivers side.

I cleaned up all grounds by sanding their contact point and installing new monster terminal and crimpless lines on the batter power and ground lines.

I still have that damn whine noise... what else can I do? Only thing I havnt tried yet is directly connecting the deck to the battery.... any other ideas?

you could try to ghetto fix the issue. Try grounding the rcas to the deck. take a thin 16 awg wire and wrap the outter part of the rca and ground it to the back of the deck.

The place I had my stereo installed ended up putting a noise filter on as well. Its not like the one in the link above, mine is a round cylider looking one but I suspect they mostly work the same. Eventually my alternator had to be replaced but hopefully thats not why yours is making the noise

Ugh I hope not, the noise has been significantly after rewireing alot of the grounds. It is still there ever so slightly, and I have an isolator box so after I wire the radio directly to the battery that should stop it all.
