One thing to note on your chart is the mod factor. I feel like once you start modding a car, you will always want to mod them.. I came from a camry where I changed alot of things... and bought an s2k thinking, ill just keep it stock. Not even a year later and my S is definitely not stock anymore..

I also like the idea of having 2 cars to purchase with 20k. That makes life even more exciting.
did you drive the Z4M coupe or roadster? Ive driven both and the coupe is SIGNIFICANTLY more fun than the droptop, it really surprised me when I drove them back to back originally.

yeah the mod factor is really important to me, cause i know how much i spend on mods, or how much i would WANT to spend lol and have it drive me nuts if i wanted to but couldn't.

This weekend has got me into thinking about getting a new car as well...been doing a lot of stop and go grid driving with the AC on, and its made me hate my car!
hmm, intriguing... PM me the details if you would please, even tho its older i could probably still get it financed thru BMWFS...

I'm saying go with the z4 lease for the most fun and least head aches. Warranty is their problem and that twin scroll 3.0 engine is BOSS.

Go S2000 if you want to track/canyon and tinker alot.

Go M Roadster if you're lucky enough to find one.

I am in the same boat. I don't know what to do. I have owned every car I can afford, that I would want, so I am kind of effed.

I am thinking about jumping back into a Subaru. I am really liking the 11' sedans.

Or one of these(white) if I can get my hands on one, without getting raped.

The coupe. Thats one car I think I would love even if the top didnt come down. But I was scared of maintenince costs. What are your top considerations so far?

I definately want one of those! What kind of payments are required for a car like that?

nice. yeah maintenance can be a bitch, but luckily for me, since I work for BMW i get a nice break on parts/labor prices... top contenders at this point are Z4M (if I can find one in budget), 03-06 S2k (if i can get decent financing), and '11-12 Z4 turbo.

Well, most of the dealers across the country are ordering these cars with all the options, so they sticker out at about $55k. Management at our store is confident they are going to get 10k over sticker for them (we are getting two), since other dealers are calling us offering 5k over sticker to get their hands on them... so if you figure about 65k purchase price, with a 60 month loan plus tax, title, license, etc you are looking at 1300/mo with no down payment. even if you were able to find one for sticker, it would be 1100/mo.
