Kudos to SOS
I gotta tell y'all about what SOS did for me. I had to be in the Tempe area and stopped off at Science of Speed to see if they could put in a new radio for me and hook up the ipod connector to it sometime. They had their technician stop what he was doing, take 45 minutes to put all that together for me right then and there. Excellent, right? It gets better.
We hadn't eaten all day so Brian (I think his name was--sorry) suggested a little place down the block. We walked down and got halfway there when Brian chased down in his truck to tell us he hadn't realized how late it was and the place is probably closed and can he take us somewhere else? Wow. For convenience sake we choose Schlotzky's just down the street. He drops us off and we're just gonna run in and grab something to go. Well this takes nearly a half hour because the mom and two kids in front of us change their order 4 times and the cashier can't follow the changes or run the cash register. Brian is still waiting patiently there in the parking lot for us. We get back to the shop and the car is already done. They let us eat at their front counter while finishing the paperwork and they charge us for parts and only 1/2 hour labor!!!!! Who are these guys and why aren't there statues of them in front of every Honda dealership in town with a sign saying ,"We wish we were them"? Real customer service and then some. I will be returning there even for oil changes.
Thanks Guys!!!!!
