Rent: $300 + 1/3 Utilities typically around $400 depending on the weather.
-1 Bed Room with small walkin closet
-1 Loft size of a normal bedroom, you can use it as an office or small living room for yourself.
-1 Private bathroom that only you will ever use//have access to
-High Speed Internet and Sat TV
-Nice Neighborhood in Surprise off of Litchfield Rd. and Bell

The house is 2300 sq ft. with a weird floor plan that has 4 bedrooms/3bath/2lofts.

Depending on the situation a garage space may be available considering many of you are S drivers.

lol, good guy with a quite home. If I were single, this would definitely be a nice place to live. And if you own an s2000, or bmw, then you get a bonus live in mechanic to help you out with all of your automotive needs. Heck, having Brandon around to help me out in the past was well worth $400 a month, let alone a place to live too.
