So I was eating dinner, by myself, and I was randomly thinking, and I thought how awesome it would be if I went out with a bunch of friends to go paintballing one day. And then I realized that I did not know more than about 10 or so people that would do it, and I wanted a larger group, so then I realized that we have a fantastic community on S2KI, so my question to you all is what would you guys think about going out sometime this fall to a paintball place (preferably outdoors) and have fun for a day?

Any other idea's are invited. Please chime in.

Im in, but only in the winter. Long clothes + heat = the suck.
Short clothes + paintball = the suck, when hit in soft tissue.

Ill clean my gun...

 

Goodness, I somehow knew that Joe had a paintball gun. It probably beats the piss out of the rented one that I will be using I know who's team I will be on...

 

What type of guns do they rent out and how much? I would be down.

 

The last place I went to, back in like 2004, was out deep in surprise, and the gun rental plus like 200-400 paint balls was around $35 or so. Mind you the gun that I got was shooting extremely poorly. I had to aim about 3-5 feet in front of the target because the ball would curve really bad. The time before that though, I went to some random place off of the highway (I forget which one because I was only 18 and do not remember) and the person rented everything out of his truck (Guns, Gear, and paint) and he let us run around for about 3 hours. I do not remember the cost, because it was for my friends birthday.

 

It looks like it has gone down in price since I last went.. I checked a couple ahops and it looks like we are looking at $40-50 a person for the day with rental plus paint which can get expensive quick if your trigger happy.

 

I might make it too....
