If one of the newer v8 M3's could be had for your price range I say do that. That engine will be rare since they are changing it to a TT 6 cyl for the new ones.
Aside from that they have all been mentioned. Porche and Corvette are both fast but the styling is just bland to me. They are old man cars.

My dad recently searched for something with your criteria and ended up purchasing a brand new Corvette Grand Sport. He loves it. Its fun, fast, comfortable on long trips, gets decent gas mileage, has "enough" features, sounds awesome with that dual-mode exhaust, and those giant ass tires have some pretty incredible grip. The interior doesn't seem to me to be as terrible as most people make it out to be. I've been in earlier C6s that seemed to have shit interiors, but the new ones seem pretty nice.
