Yeah if it's something like the Lotus Elise Cup edition, I am definitely trading in.

Center caps on the wheels will be painted white and their will be an upgraded radio. That is about what you can expect from Honda.

Are you sure about that?

I'm sure the track junkies will love this car. (Hint Hint)

Wlaurent knew about this 3 months ago... someone told him about it...

03/13/2007 - TORRANCE, Calif. - A new club racer-inspired version of the Honda S2000 will take the legendary vehicle's track-worthy performance to an entirely new level when it makes its world debut at the New York International Auto Show on April 4, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., announced today. Engineered around the expectations and needs of Honda performance enthusiasts, the S2000 CR will be available as a new trim level when the aggressively-tuned vehicle goes on sale in the fall of 2007.

They should call it a type-R instead of a "club racer"

Will be interesting to see what CR really means regarding performance, etc..

Agressively tuned... LOL

I bet they went with a 2.0L stroker kit and raised the redline to 9K.

O wait, WTF...

Unless they are planning for 300+ whp, i'm not sure this new idea is going to make much of a difference. The F series engine is getting left in the dust these days. Maybe we'll see a turbo K series like the RDX?

If the weight of this car is what I think it is, it "might" be in the same class as the elise.
