Someone make a choice...my choice is to hold off until Devil's Highway if no one else can make a decision

Why not have a BBQ or something at a park if no one wants to go on a drive. I would like to think I am a better than average cook (at least Sara thinks so ) when it comes to a grill. I mean, we just got back from Irvine last week, so... It's just an idea. I am always game for a drive though.

Not everyone could go to Irvine...but I haven't heard much from those that didn't go to Irvine either...

I was going to offer a tech day as a suggestion, I know Silvershadow wanted to host one sometime this fall. Maybe we could to a barbecue then too?

Throwing more options out there too.

I was going to wait and see what the weather does before starting to talk about a tech day, as my garage is not insulated and so gets REALLY HOT. I think that if we need to make a commitment right now - I would say tech day in October and lets do a drive in September - just not on the 12th (auto-X day).

I was just throwing stuff out there - hoping a tech day would work in September - maybe a barbecue is the way to go.

Here is my gut feeling for the remainder of the year:
September - 18th or 25th (one person who always goes can't make 25th)
October - Devil's Highway and Auto-x's only
November - Drive 13th or 20th - Southern Drive
December - Tech day 4th or 5th, Tombstone 18th or 19th

September - the 18th works for me if it is a later in the day BBQ. I am coming back from a business trip to Canada that day. September 25th is wide open.

October - no problem

November - auto-x on the 7th, so the 13th or 20th works great.

December - 4th and 5th are all ready spoken for by SCCA auto-x schedule. I propose we do a tech day on December 11th.
