Default Steering wheel replacement/adjustment

I was considering getting a Black/Red Steering wheel and wondered how hard it is to take of the wheel.

Also, can the same method be used to adjust a wheel ? That is, can a steering wheel center be adjusted other than alignment ?

I think my wheel is off by like one degree or something just enough to annoy me but if I get the new wheel I can just do it myself then.

There is a way to center the wheel, I don't know how though. I had it done under warranty.

Well I have had it adjusted by alignment before. I think its Toe or Tie rods but I figured if I end up buying a wheel and installing it, i would have to do it then anyway.
