It's about a 30 minute job with impact tools 
But that's just putting them in and taking the old one out. You should first measure them on the ground and make sure they are equal length. Then when you install them, preload them with a jack and measure the height from the fender to the center of the hub and adjust the height of the coilovers to set them equal.
