Hey Chris, don't get discouraged at all. Unless your name is Andretti, Unser, Earnhardt, etc. road racing at our level is a learned skill. Track time, deveoping your comfort level with your particular car and the particular track are all part of the equation. The fact that you are out there learning is great. You will progress well. I would be willing to bet that no one out there with an equal car passed you unless they had more track time, if not at that track at one somewhere else. They could have raced karts or something of that type. Just remember, this is a learned skill!
