I think that in order for a car to have 'loud' wheels, it also needs to have other elements that match. Like this car would look much better if it also had a 4 point roll bar done in the same color. And maybe if the hood was vented with the mesh grill done this color as well. But just to have obnoxious wheels is unattractive.
