Arkansas Fall Colors Drive 11/10/2007 anyone ?

Looks like fun. I actually googled the map. Says a 3 hour trip, 184 Miles from Shreveport.
Directions (I used starting address from my parents house)

Give me some feedback. I'm thinking about attending. If I go, I MIGHT make a weekend trip out of it, but we'll see.

8:00am (sharp): Leave from West Village Starbucks (Hwy 75 (West side) & Lemmon Ave)
11:30am: Lunch in Mena
12:30pm-2:30pm: Scenic Drive and Picture Taking
2:30pm-6:00pm: Drive Back to Dallas

We go camping/ATV riding up in Mena. It's really nice up in the mountains and good to just get away from it all. We have only driven my truck up there and it takes us about 3hrs. The roads are very winding and I always thought how fun they would be in a sports car. I would love to go but I'm plannig a trip to NC around that time.

Sounds like fun, but I dont know yet. Just put lots of miles on the ole car driving down to Austin, then Dallas, then back to Tyler yesterday! I will see what I have going that weekend...
