I did NPR and finally have most of the track figured out. I was able to ride with Matt Patterson who races out there and talk my way through the course. There is the fast line and there is the racing line. The racing line allow you to still hit the apex while not opening the door for someone to keep you from transitioning to the next apex.
I am now very comfortable with most of the track. Turn 1 I have no issues with taking while my foot is to the floor. I now know the line in the peanut and turn 14. This helped me add more speed down the straight.
I have tons of data on EVOC and would love another crack at that course.

I hope those rumors about the new owner are true. The track sticks good even when its wet, but i would like to see them fix(if not re-surface) the patch before T2, the dip in T5, the seam in T11, the middle of T14 and smoothen the transition from 14 to the straight. The biggest problem was the curb(a jump for some) in turn 1, thank god they took that out.

The thing I find odd is that if you drive the fastest line, you are less likely to be passed via raw time. Yet driving the racing line means blocking/defending your position while going slower. It's entirely possible that someone in the back of the pack turns a few faster lap times than the leader.

Whether you want to admit it or not, she is a great driver. Her problem is that she doesn't take enough risk. She is very protective of her position and it usually costs her.
