it is this week....I am going to miss both because I am going to Florida for the weekend. I ahte when that happens.

 

Yeah it is this Thursday... I still plan on going. I also will try and find out about Sunday's track day when I am there.

 

btw -- what are the difficulties involved in just showing up for social reasons?

yeah.... i do wanna drive, but there are some issues that make driving not so practical right now...

tires would be one reason.... after seeing Phil's fronts...

and considering i just dropped $1500+ on a stereo and $600+ on tires less than 3 months after buying the car (and dropping $6000 on a downpayment), the wife needs some time to recover from shell shock.
if something were to come up... it wouldn't be pretty... and if you can't pay... don't play. so, i'm sitting out for now...

 

I will be running the Kumho "hard as a rock" tires. They are $80 a tire instead of a $180

Use your S02's and then get the rocks... All my track days were on the Kumho's!

Come on... a few laps never hurt anyone

btw - would need to borrow a helmet and am concerned about having to pull all that audio gear out...
