Yea black ops had me til GT5. Black ops is ****ed now... On that note, I had typically played Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Steam as my go to multiplayer. Decided to give Call of Duty a try with Black Ops and I have to say I still prefer Battlefield. I feel like the battlefield game pace is just more realistic/playable. I don't know if realistic is the word I am looking for but yea... Other opinions? Which do you prefer better for multiplayer?

Im at Fedex in line and there is a woman at the register shipping bags of gifts etc to different places in the US...the worst part was she had to separate the gifts there and some still needed touch ups (ribbons etc)
I on the other hand walked in there with my package wraped with all labels ready. 30mins.......30mins i waited, not only for the woman but the slooooooooow workers behind the desk.

ouch I hate that. Thats like the post office those people are ridiculous that go in there. I print all my slips online so I drop and go. Most of the time you have someone there with an envelope, letter, stamps, etc but there ALL separate. You know they have mailed stuff before but its like there first time so therefore it takes 30 minutes for them to make sure its all right before they get done.

Well, I dont see a problem with going in there to fill out slips and wrap and packaging etc etc.... but have the freakin common sense to get the hell outa the way, and let other people go to the main counter. Dont block other people that just want to drop something off..... Sooo, i guess the ironic part is that she was thinking of no one but herself as she was sending christmas gifts out haha.

So, I had someone offer to buy my Escape from me. He wanted to know how much i would want. I told him it would be whatever KBB says its worth. Still gotta tell him how much... i am sorta thinking he will say 'oh never mind' when he sees how much a 2003 Escape is worth lol ($6200).

Buttttt, if by some chance he says ok to $6200 then I probably would sell it... even though all I would do is turn around and buy something else. I want something with 4WD or AWD that has some good cargo space for both stuff and people. I got the S2k that I can get good mpg in when i want to. I was thinking a Isuzu Trooper or Rodeo/Passport. I am sorta partial to Isuzu's as beater vehicles (my first vehicle was a 1988 Trooper II). Also wouldnt mind an Xterra if i could find one in that price range. Also, A Toyota Landcruiser is in my opinion the greatest vehicle to have as a beater, though I doubt i will find one in that price range.

Anyways, anyone have any other suggestions for good beater SUVs or Trucks that are around $5k that can carry at least 4 people, have 4WD, and under 140k miles?

Also, since i am on here I will mention if someone wants to offer me KBB price then I would be willing to sell the Escape (2003, FWD, 93k miles). Nothing is wrong with it, it actually is just a little too nice for a beater vehicle in my opinion, and when i move back north this beater is gonna be my winter car, so i would prefer 4WD instead of FWD. So it just comes down to if I had the option of getting what its worth then I would trade to something else lol.

Hmmmm so I saw a T1R 70R-EM Sparrow Dual Exhaust and K&N FIPK for sale in Columbus, MS which is where I just so happen to be going this weekend to pick up my other car which I had left there for the past 7 months or so. Its an impulse buy but I can pick up both for $800 should I do it?

YES!! It is a single right? Best power gains for the S are single exhaust and the K&N is a pretty decor and functional intake under the hood

Its a dual, I would rather the dual look myself and would like it as quiet as possible. Seems like it makes really good power, I have seen multiple dyno charts of it making 14hp on a stock S but it seems to be a nice sounding exhaust not too much louder but much deeper.

yea I would do a little bit of looking around. People haven't gained that much with duals normally that have done it in real world environments. Searching the forums it looked like most people gained 13whp with intake TP, and this exhaust. Singles will always produce more power BUT duals will yield better sound. Also without a center cap or right rear bumper it looks akward as well. I do love the T1R brand as I rocked one of there singles for a while and it sounded great! I think with either one you will be satisfied.

Yea, im not really dying to get one or anything, I like the car how it is but was interested seeing what a little deeper sound would be like. It was gonna be more of an impulse buy since I was gonna be in the area this weekend and it seemed like a good price. It sounds like hes pending a bunch of offers so we will see what happens. Otherwise I don't think I am particularly looking for anything, just trolling the for sale board haha

lol... Nice! I've got a lot of love for my T1R 70RT... Titanium resonance at its best! It's a 2 piece slip fit design... The only 2 exhausts I'd consider other than my current are J's 70RR (Bobby's Exhaust) and an Amuse R1000!

The Sparrow is a great exhaust, and T1R makes a quality product.

sent my shortblock to laskey on the 6th and ordered a ptuning turbo kit in october with dual exhaust w/ recirc WG piping and even got them to put in 4 EGT sensors on the runners of the manifold. so i'll be sure to have lots of fun when we reunite!

so i was changing my oil and i only put 5 quarts like usual and i drove around. when i went to check on the dip stick, one side said too much and the other side was low. i never really thought about it. but i just thought it was always odd. oh and if it sits there for a few hours the stick would read low, as in below the low line.

Yep I would have saved my money and went turbo from the beginning. It is night and day. Dont listen to what anyone says about reliability. Its not that one is better then the other. Its the HP effect that starts breaking things. Blucky understands that which is why he is getting his block built but after that its rear end, after that tranny. Each time you fix one issue you run into another weakness. Either way if you rode in a supercharged S vs Turbo S you would be awe struck even with the same top end HP. The delivery is totally different. Good luck!
