Yea but a misfire could be from anything. What are your mods?? That helps diagnose.

yea, the cel and the vsa and the warning light will come one initially but if i turn off the car just the cel stays lit. but after a certain time the cel will go off too. that was my case. hey check your compression, mine was way off! like 198 230 205 and 230, something like that.

Hmm, never had my VSA light on unless I actually turned the system off.
My CEL pretty much comes on and off intermittently because of my HFC.

Damn these MY06+ cars and their electronics. Your car still under warranty Mason ?

No, unfortunately not Andy. Just a few miles over, and a few months past.

The CEL may cause the VSA light to come on. Since VSA is a combination or fuel cut, electronic, etc. I would thinking diagnosing the misfire would help. I take it returns after the CEL is cleared? Again it could be a troubleshooting process. Try new plugs. Move the coils around and see if it throw up in a different spot. Bad injector. May have gotten ahold of some bad gas maybe. Course the gas could be debunked since it is only one cylinder. Also how does it idle?

Since the cel cleared, they have yet to come back on (it was cleared last Friday). The car is running as good as usual, even with a heavy foot.
