Also dont take the last statement as me poking fun of you. Just the stealership is quick to make assumptions when they dont understand but as soon as something messes up they will point fingers on your mods like.."the added power of your intake caused your differential to fail" which true story was told to me by Honda of America. I laughed so hard at the guy and his logic that Honda made a car that was so tightly tuned that the extra 8hp my intake made caused the rear to fail

Didn't take it that way man. I'll be the first to admit, I can turn a wrench like any other monkey, but as far as knowing the technical side of things - I'm pretty ignorant. No, the only mods I've currently made include a header, HFC, and exhaust (I'm not sure about the flux capacitor though Doc).

Oh, and I don't remember what their reasoning behind the VSA light constantly being on was.

In other Honda Automatic models (Accord/Prelude/Acura CL/TL/MDX) when the VSA light lit up with the CEL there was usually an underlying transmission problem. Since these are manuals I don't figure it could be related.

Off Topic: Yeah Man, the BMT was a success, and had a great turnout. Total of 27 cars from 5 states, and about 38 people.

Could it be linked to a problem w/ the LSD? I have noticed a kind of "grinding" sound a few times, similar to the grinding you hear when you miss a gear. It's only been when turning a corner out of a complete stop, and giving it a semi-healthy amount of throttle.

Again, it's not a constant thing, but it's definitely happened more than a couple of times (and I can't feature it being a "good" thing).

Only thing that makes sense is VSA cuts fuel to the car when it goes in a spin thus causing the car to slow down. If your getting a misfire it could cause the light to come on since the VSA "theoretically" cant control the car since it is "misfiring" Also with your setup you are probably running lean therefore why your plugs could be fouled. Check'em out and see if they are white.

I would agree, but all he has are exhaust mods. it shouldn't be that lean. but, then again it's not hard to check either. how many miles do you have again, i think it was mentioned earlier but im too lazy to check. b/c a mis-fire could be due to all sorts of things. oh one thing to check, although this isn't most likely to happen, but when you do check your spark plugs, make sure they are torque down properly. spark plugs can come loose and cause a mis-fire. how is the gas mile-age, low, average, or high: 18ish, 21ish, or 29ish? b/c that could give us some ideas.

yea, the last thing i would do is a valve adjustment which helped me, but i have a friend who did it for 50 bucks.
