lol @ SCAM.

I have a couple of snazzy titles. They really don't mean anything though.

Software Release Manager
IT Specialist

Oh and a new one I've acquired:
Build/Packaging Specialist

lolz

you have good managers and suckers .

currently now seeing my previous manager was seconded, i got a sucker who spends more time on ebay then he does doing work.

his inbox, just by a mere glance was filled with more "ebay reminders" then anything else.

Vuey, i can see from what your writing that your a good manager, as you have put up the main qualities of a good manager, so dont take any offence to the manager im referring to at my workplace.

management need to be monitored as much as employees are.

at my work, management get a evaluation 1/2 yearly as we would be getting them quarterly.

ahahah thanks for the praise , but come work for me and you may change your mind

it all comes with experience, and i still learn new things everyday, as dealing with people is a very hard thing. My goal is to make my life as easy as possible at work, i put in the work to get things the way i want so i can have as little input as possible on a day to day basis . just remeber, you dont have to be a "manager" to be a Leader

I really do not want to be here today.

Not had much sleep since 1am thanks to my 7 month old deciding it is fun to wake up every 2 hours (or less) and sit in his cot screaming until we go to him, then he stops.

Doesn't help that I have a lot of little things to work on so nothing to really focus on. I need a holiday.
