Installing as I type.

 

I'm still downloading 2.1. Itunes 8 was showing 2.0.2 as the latest when I plugged in my phone... I just hit update and it got 2.1 anyway.

From other Mac Forums it seems 3G reception has been better.. but Apple only claims they made the bars more accurate... we'll see..

If they fixed the battery life, contacts lag and 3G reception. I won't be throwing this phone into a wall with frustration anymore.

 

Well after spending a few days with 2.1, I can't say it's changed anything too much. I still work at the same job and my wife still doesn't look anything closer to Jessica Alba. I was expecting more from Apple.

I needed a new phone yesterday since my plan expires soon, and I considered buying one of these, but for the cost, I just couldn't justify it.

Ended up going with a U900T instead.

How are you guys finding the IPhone?

 

not really , if you go on the right plan, your probably better off . Might even work out cheaper . No point at this stage to buy them outright IMO , as you get a good bundle from the phone companies with all data and calls .


going by the last ten pages , i think some of these guys will give up one of their testicles before they will give up their Iphone, thats how bloody good it is for some of them
