hi everyone,

i got an ipod touch today. ideally i should have been given the model with the software upgrade (ma627zp/b) but i was given the one without the upgrade (ma627zp/a) but was given $25 difference to cover for the software upgrade fee that apple charges. so if i download the software this will make my ipod EXACTLY the same as the model b? or are there also technical changes between models? can anyone comment?

 

From what I have read the updates are only with the software/firmware, no mention of any technical differences to the physical device.
