just report it to your insurance company, and the police as a hit and run; they should get charged for not stopping. The insurance company will pay for and fix the damage and ask questions later. As aus said, the fact that they did not stop proves guilt.

this bit is funny "THEM:"If i pull over ill bash you" haha.

My mate and I were sitting out the front of his house smoking a few ciggies when this car drove past and swiped his side view mirror off his car. My car was parked in the driveway with the keys in the ignition so we jumped in and raced after the guy down the side streets. We come next to him and ask him to pull over and he just starts speeding off. We were hot on his tail until he started to do stupid shit like go straight through side street intersections without stopping, flinging the car around blind corners on the wrong side of the road. Anyhows we continue to chase after him, we see him clap the car around another blind corner so we follow, he loses control and tries to brake but ends up popping the car into a pole at about 30km/h. Thinking this is probably enough punishment for knocking off my mates mirror we drove off. However if this situation happens again - next time someone hits you just get the plates, if they dont want to stop just let them go. If your chasing after some moron down 40/50km/h sidestreets at crazy speeds and happen to run a kid over or smash into another car its not worth it.

I can understand your frustration at the time of the incident.

But seriously all you needed to do was to get there plates, report the incident too the cops so there is evidence then tell your insurance company and let them sort it out...
