Judging by the fact that the steering wheel has been replaced I'd say he is hardcore and the car has no exhaust (or a very non street legal one)

Given the video title is "Honda S2000 Mugen ..", I have a suspicion that it might be a car setup with Mugen gear? Just a hunch.
