Default The '02 rear much harder?

Has a '00 or '01 ownder driven a '02 by any chance? As you know, a glass rear has replaced the standard plastic which was much wider. I'm interested in knowing if the smaller glass rear has made vewing much harder or not.

On the topic of the '02, which would u go for? the metallic blue or the yellow if u had to choose between. Pity they got rid of the silverstone.

I've been in both and I must say that the glass window is 100 times better. That probably has to do with the fact tha tthe '01 S2000 that I drove had a fold inteh middle of th eplastic and I could barely see anything thru it!

The glass is exactly the same size as the angle you get from the rear-view mirror... I know it looks smaller from the outside, but from the inside it's ideal.

Just my .5 cents. I don't own one, so may be others will have a diff opinion

s2k2, the Silverstone is still available in Australia, it has only been withdrawn in North America.

Possible, yes; economically viable, probably not!

I was told by the dealer (does anyone else smell bullshit? ) that the mechanism is differnet. ie it folds differently... but I very much doubt it. Although it does look a bit higher in the 2002 than in 2001 when it's down.
