I say buy directly from a US supplier such as evasive motorsports speak with Tony he's amazing
Or keep an eye out in the for sale thread around here u never know what might come up. I personally have the HKS hi power and absolutely love it. I bought it off a mate by force because he wanted something louder and he went for a J's 60rs single

If this is the same HKS design that been around since day dot it loses power if I remember correctly.
One way to save on shipping is to buy locally made. Either custom, or whoever that mob is in Melbourne who are doing titanium exhausts these days. Sure they are not proven, but they are also not proven to lose power like the HKS.

I'll say it again.. Vividracing
I purchased a brand new GReddy TI-C Dual from them and paid about $250 shipping using FedEX.. PM them and see if they can make you an offer, otherwise do what Aus said and buy one locally made
9/10 times you will need to import something for the S2000 if you want a specific brand, unfortunately Australia isn't that looked after when it comes to modifications, however usually 9/10 it's also cheaper WITH freight included to purchase it from overseas.
